Is the website mockup really free?
Yes. We design a mockup of your website before you decide anything, and it costs nothing. If you want the site, you pay the one-time $250 build fee and your monthly plan starts. If you do not, you owe nothing.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Hosting, security, backups, your domain, and edits. New hours, photos, prices or pages are included in your plan. You never touch code or a hosting dashboard.
How fast can my site be live?
Most sites are live about two days after we have your details. Bigger Pro+ builds with a store or custom features take a little longer.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. We register one standard domain in your name and renew it while you are on a plan. If you leave, it is yours to keep.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel whenever you like. Ask within 7 days and you get everything back, the $250 build fee included.
Can customers book and pay on my site?
Yes, on every plan. Appointments, classes, deposits and gift cards, paid straight into your own Stripe account. We take no cut.
