A hot-towel shave is a different visit from a cut. It gets its own line, price and time so people book the right slot.
Kids and seniors
If you have a kids price or a seniors price, it is on the board. Those are the customers who ask before they come.
I already take bookings through an app. Does this replace it?
No, unless you want it to. If your booking app works, the site sends people straight to it. If you would rather not pay for one, the site can take bookings itself.
Can it handle walk-ins?
Yes. The site can show who is in today and take names for a walk-in list, or simply state how walk-ins work in your shop.
Can I take deposits or charge for no-shows?
Yes. Deposits and no-show fees are part of the booking tools on every plan, paid into your own Stripe account.
Can I change my prices myself?
Message us and it is changed, usually the same day, included in your plan. Most owners find that faster than learning an editor.
