We are two people with a van in Boise. The door that rubs, the hole behind the doorknob, the fan still in its box. Write it all down and we will knock it out, usually in one visit.

How the bill works.
The prices on the punch list are what those jobs usually run. Here is the math behind them, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
- First hour, $95
- That is the minimum for us to drive out, even if the job takes ten minutes. So save up a few things.
- After that, $80 an hour
- Billed by the half hour. Two of us on the job does not double the rate.
- Materials at cost
- You pay what the store charged us and you get the receipt. Already bought the faucet? Even better.
- Fixed price first
- We look at the list, give you one number in writing, and that is the number. If we guessed low, that is on us.

If it fits in an afternoon and does not need a permit, it is probably ours. If it is on the right-hand list, we will say so on the phone instead of in your driveway.
