What's wrong?
Pick the closest one. You'll see how urgent it is, what to do before we get there, and roughly what it costs.
You hear the price before we pick up a wrench.
We come out, find the fault, and give you one number for the whole job. Say yes and we start. Say no and you owe the call-out, nothing else.
The ranges in the picker above are what these jobs usually come to in a normal house. Yours gets its own price once we have seen it.

A plumber at your door, the fault found and explained.
The call-out fee comes off the bill.
One price for parts and labor, agreed before we start. It does not go up if the job takes us longer.
Weeknights after 6pm, weekends and public holidays. We say so on the phone before a van leaves.
We stop, show you, and give a new price. Nothing extra happens without your yes.
What we do.
- Leaks and burst pipesFound, cut out and replaced. Not wrapped in tape.
- Blocked drainsSinks, showers, toilets and the main sewer line, cleared by cable or water jet.
- Water heatersGas, electric and tankless. Repaired, or replaced when a repair isn't worth your money.
- Toilets and faucetsRunning, dripping, loose or cracked. Fixed, or swapped if that is cheaper.
- RepipingOld galvanized and polybutylene out, copper or PEX in. One room or the whole house.
- New fixturesSinks, faucets, toilets, dishwashers, hose bibs and ice-maker lines, fitted and tested.
Where is my shut-off valve?
Worth finding today, while the floor is dry. It is the one valve that stops all the water coming into the house.
If you have a basement, look on the wall that faces the street, low down, where a single pipe comes through the foundation. The valve is on that pipe, often next to the water meter.
No basement? Check the crawl space, the utility closet beside the water heater, or the garage wall nearest the street.
A lever handle needs a quarter turn, until it sits across the pipe. A round wheel handle turns clockwise, several full turns, until it stops. If it is stiff, don't force it with a wrench. Old valves snap.
Once it is off, open a cold tap on the lowest floor and let the line drain. If you can't find the valve or it won't move, call us and we will talk you through it. The valve out at the curb belongs to the water utility, so leave that one alone.
Four vans, five towns.
- Denver
- Lakewood
- Arvada
- Aurora
- Englewood
Every van carries the same stock: copper and PEX in the common sizes, shut-off valves, traps, wax rings, water heater parts and a drain cable. The ordinary repairs don't wait on a trip to the supplier.
One van stays on call overnight. Somewhere just outside these towns? Call anyway. If we can't get to you in sensible time, we will say so straight away.
Tell us what's wrong.
(303) 555-0161If water is going where it shouldn't, call. The form is for jobs that can wait until morning. We ring back the next working day.
Smell gas? Leave the house and call your gas company or 911. Not us.
