A site that says what you actually do.
A consultant's site is read by someone who was just given your name and has ten minutes to decide whether to write to you. It has to say what you do, who you do it for and what happens next, in words a client would use.
What a consultant's site needs
What you doIn one sentence
Who it is forNamed plainly
How you workSteps and fees
First callBooked online
A free mockup first. Then $250 to build and $35 a month, domain included.
One sentence a client could repeat
What you fix, and for what kind of business. If the person who referred you cannot repeat it to their boss, the page has not done its job.
How an engagement goes
A first call, a proposal, the work, a handover. Writing the steps down, with a rough idea of length and fee, answers the two questions that stop people from getting in touch.
A first call they can book themselves
A calendar you control lets a prospect pick a time without three emails, on every plan. If the first session is paid, the fee goes into your own Stripe account.
These are examples we made to show the range, not client sites. Yours is designed for your business, and the mockup is free.
Independent consultants
One person, one specialty. The page is about the problem you solve and the way you work, with your name on it.
Coaches
Sessions, packages and what a client can expect from the first one. Booking and payment for a single session work on every plan.
Bookkeepers and accountants
Your services, who you take on, and what you need from a new client. A short intake form saves the first meeting.
Small firms
A handful of people. A short section for each service and each person, so a client knows who they will be dealing with.
I have no testimonials I am allowed to publish. Is that a problem?
No. A clear description of your work, how an engagement runs and what it costs does the job. We never write or invent a testimonial.
Can prospects book a call online?
Yes, on every plan. They choose a time from a calendar you control. If the first session is paid, the fee goes straight into your own Stripe account.
Should I publish my fees?
A starting figure or a typical range is enough. It saves you the calls that were never going to fit, and it tells a serious client you are comfortable with the number.
Who writes the words?
We do, from a conversation with you, and you see the whole site as a free mockup before you pay anything. We publish only what you tell us is true.
Not on the list? If you run a local business and need a website, we can help. Tell us what you need →
Tell us what you do and who you do it for.
We make a free mockup of your site first. You decide once you have seen it, and only then do you pay — $250 once and $35 a month, with your domain included. No contract.
